Solar Heating Systems Get Government & Private Sector Boost.
As reported by the Austin based supplier of Solar Water Heaters, Sunbelt Solar, in order to increase the use of solar water heaters, many attractive schemes by government and private player were introduced for the solar heating systems.
This move is aimed at encouraging the use of solar water heaters, solar pool heaters and other such solar equipments amongst the general public. Not only are these equipments cost effective but also environment friendly.
According Sunbelt Solar, as a result of attractive Sops like 30% tax credit, no payments and no interests for 6 months, the solar heating systems will recover the investment cost within 24-48 months. Also it reduces the electricity cost by almost 30%.
Israel leads in the use of solar water heating systems world over, with approximately 90% of its homes installed with a solar water heater.
