BWM South Africa Scores With Water Heating Systems

Recently BMW South Africa is investing 6500 liters a day of solar water heating systems. The automotive manufacturer are hoping to continue their developments of energy efficiency and cleaner production initiatives. This will provide hot water for the main canteen located at the BMW plant held in Rosslyn, South Africa.

It is hoped that with the installation that took one month to install will be a true investment for the future of expanding the company's achievements. Voltas Technologies conducted the installation, which has provided 83 percent of the required total energy of water heating in the canteen. This is a significant and huge difference which has allowed the company to cut costs. The money saved on the heating system will be used in other areas of the company.
